The hinge jig is made out of durable machined aluminium manufactured to exact tolerances. The self-contained design includes a clamping mechanism leaving no marks on the door.

It is suitable for hinges up to 50mm x 160mm (2" x 6"). The unique hinge measuring system within the design allows for easy set-up, and once initially set, can be quickly used for time efficient multiple repositions. Can be used for all types of apertures including mortises and dados. Requires a 30mm guide bush and ½" cutter.
